Support Pharmacist - Carlow Town

Clarity is recruiting a Support Pharmacist for an independent family run pharmacy based in Carlow Town.

What you need to know:
This is a permanent, full-time position which will commence in May.  There are no Sundays, no Bank Holidays and no late nights past 6pm. There is an excellent support team, including double cover, 3 technicians and OTC staff, to help cater to a steady flow of customers. MPS is the dispensing system used. There is a great package on offer for the right pharmacist.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines
• Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the Pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products
• Any other duties as required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be customer focused and capable of building a good rapport with customers
• Have a keen interest in retail pharmacy
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Have an ability to prioritise and a high attention to detail 

What we require:

• Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
