Part-time Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Dublin 15

Clarity & I are recruiting a Senior clinical pharmacist in Dublin 15, on an initial fi xed term contract.

• 1 year clinical experience is required at minimum
• On-site parking, lots of bus routes and local train station also

What you need to know:
This is a Part-time role & you will be based on site in Dublin 15. Monday, Wednesday & Friday only, and only required to work 6 hours daily. With this role there will be coordination and liaising with Nurses & Doctors about patients needs and medication requirements. Dispensing system is Cliniscript.
This is a fixed term contract initially with potential to be extended after.
The salary follows the HSE payscale (Enquire for breakdown).

What you'll be doing:

• The Senior Pharmacist will be accountable for ensuring the efficient day to day administration of the Senior Pharmacist function.
• You will be expected to ensure that deadlines are met.
• You will need to ensure that accurate attention is paid to detail and consistent adherence to policies and procedures.
• You will be expected to co-operate and work in harmony with other teams and disciplines in the hospital.
• Conduct day-to-day operations of the pharmacy service within an evidence-based quality and multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
• Staff management and supervision, in-service training and professional development and development of medicines protocols.
• Pharmacy department planning and performance monitoring, benchmarking and work practices development. To provide a pharmaceutical Service to the patients.
• You will be involved in Quality & CRMS projects along with personal development opportunities!

What we require:

• At least 1 years post-registration experience within a Hospital setting,
• 3 years registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland is a must.
