Pharmacy Technician - Co Cork (25 minutes by car from Cork city!)

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to work for an independent pharmacy in Co. Cork.
~  The pharmacy is located 25 minutes by car from Cork city!

What you need to know:
This is a permanent Full-time position, over 5 days a week. You will be required to work 1 Saturday a month. No Sundays or late nights past 6pm are required. There is an excellent support team with a full-time technician, two pharmacists and an OTC in the shop to help cater for a constant flow of customers. MPS is the dispensing system used. 
The pharmacy is looking for someone with previous experience dealing with nursing homes (it will be part of your responsibilities together with the pharmacist).

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting in the dispensary
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients 
• Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
• Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Any other duties as required

• Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative
• Good time management 
• Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service  

What we require:  

• You must be a reliable and ready to take on new challenges. 
• Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician in Ireland.

Salary is negotiable and based on experience!
