Essential Criteria:

• Registration on the general division of the NMBI register
• 1+ years of post-registration experience in an acute setting
• Proven clinical and professional ability
• Strong IT proficiency in relevant applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to lead, inspire, and work under pressure
• A commitment to professional development
• The capability to work independently while positively engaging with patients and staff
